We hope that the need to return an item to us never arises but just in case it does here’s what you need to know.
Purchases you make online come under the Distance Selling Regulations of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel and return the item. You then have another 14 days to return the unused goods once you’ve told us about it, please send the original receipt with the returned goods. We will then refund you within 14 days after receiving the goods back.
Who covers the Return Postage?
If you are returning an item to us you must cover the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty then we will cover this for you. We advise that you get proof of postage when you return an item to us.
Items that are custom made to your specifications or personalised are exempt from our returns policy and are not refundable.
Postal charges when you order
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. Charges will vary depending upon on the size and weight of the package being sent. What you need to pay will be shown in the checkout process.
